Salma Allam (Roses on the Floor/creator/director/actor/dancer H.A.L.T./dancer/actor) I started my art when I was? Dancing at 4yrs old. Acting at 21yrs old. Choreographing around 20. My favorite part of performing is? The quiet in the storm. There is a beautiful mixture of chaos and stillness on stage: that nothing else matters, other than this moment. My favorite moment on stage was when? I ate all the popcorn off a dirty stage, because the other performer (Cathy Richards, we were in Two Peas in an Odd Pod) had a dance next after an acting scene. It was so gross, BUT I was so in it, that nothing else mattered. It totally was

the opposite of my clean freak self. The hardest thing for me to be a performer is? I will say perfectionism. When I make a mistake it’s such a conscious effort to let it go and keep going, no one came to watch me get upset, mad or give up, unless that is the character, or the dance;). I hate it when…? People are unkind to the elderly. My grandparents are so dear to me. I love it when? I see someone else do something they didn’t think they were capable of. Something nobody knows about me? My first job was in the family bowling alley, spraying Lysol into shoes, and arranging Pop cans, yes I said it! POP cans! Hey Canada!

Dustin Alan Ingram (Roses on the Floor/voiceover H.A.L.T./actor) I started my art when I was? 11 Years old. My favorite part of performing is? Knowing you "left it all" on stage. My favorite moment on stage was when? The moment I realized that this is not simply something I do, but who I am. The hardest thing for me to be a performer is? Allowing others to assist in my artistic discoveries. I hate it when…? I KNOW I could have prepared/studied more. I love it when? I am given the rare and humbling gift of being able to inspire someone through my performance. Something nobody knows about me? When I was younger I used to always say that I wanted to be a dentist, which is

really weird because the dentist office is probably my least favorite place in the whole entire world.

Elly Mandarakas (Roses on the Floor/dancer) I started my art when I was? Playing with Barbies.  My earliest memory of my art began when I would choreograph Barbie and Ken walking down the aisle.  Funny enough I found I had more interest in the choreography than the actual wedding.  Barbies also always danced and were forced to do arabesque. My favorite part of performing is? When it is over.  Seeing the audience return to "reality" knowing their

experience has left an impression on their subconscious in one form or another as well as personally experiencing the same. My favorite moment on stage was when? One of my favorites was when...I learned a 15 min piece in 4 hrs of rehearsal and I came to a moment on stage facing my partner with a dead pan face.  He knew I momentarily was lost.  It could have all gone wrong from then.  However he somehow mouthed my next move to me and saved me.  It was later noted on how brilliant and tense that moment of stillness was and it is now part of the choreography.  That's when you know you have a great partner! It’s the little things that create the best moments. Or couldn't decide Surprising my Papou, grandfather and Aries buddy, with a solo playing his favorite song, "Rhapsody in Blue," and knowing that he hummed every note to its entirety while I was onstage. The hardest thing for me to be a performer is? To not forget to live the moment! I hate it when…? I'm heading to work in rush-hour traffic and the majority is rushing to get home. I love it when? I'm left silly unexpected notes, especially from my mother- really have you ever seen satirical notes written on hard boiled eggs? And of course sitting on Piso Gialgia beach having a rakirita. Something nobody knows about me? I secretly desire to be a mailman.

Christina Neubrand (Roses on the Floor/ actor) I started my art when I was? I took my first dance class, tap, at 3 years old. My favorite part of performing is? Interacting with the audience, making them feel, think, react and reflect.  My favorite moment on stage was when? In Godspell I got to hang upside down from a steel tower at the end of the opening number. The hardest thing for me to be a performer is? I need rehearsal. I love the process of art making and that is wear I grow, take risks and develop a performance. I hate it when…? An audience is too quiet. I love it when? The show makes the audience react out loud. Something nobody knows about me? I'm an open book.

Cathy Richards (Roses on the Floor/actor H.A.L.T./director/creator/actor) I started my art when I was? I started dancing at the young age of 19. I found it completely by accident, but realized quickly it was the expression I had been looking for my whole life. My favorite part of performing is? Being on stage. All eyes on me. Being honored to take the audience on a journey. Emotional or otherwise. My favorite moment on stage was when? The lights first come up. The nerves make me feel alive. Also when improving within a script just works because you're in it. Nod to Two Peas in an Odd Pod. The hardest thing for me to be a performer is? Keeping odd hours and layering life to make it all work. I love the challenge, but it can be exhausting. I hate it

when…? My left side doesn't cooperate. I love it when? Everything lines up beautifully. Something nobody knows about me? I still watch cartoons, completely engrossed and entertained.

Melanie Sullivan (H.A.L.T./actor) I started my art when I was? I started performing when I was about 7/8 years old. My favorite part of performing is? Watching and feeling the energy of the crowd. My favorite moment on stage was when? During the Michael Jackson Tribute Tour with Spirit Productions, I fell on stage and had to play it off, jump up and continue the dance sequence with my dancers. The look on the dancers’ faces was priceless. They didn’t know whether to pick me up or continue. But, they knew I wasn’t hurt. So, they waited for me to get up and then we killed the rest of the scene! The hardest thing for me to be a performer is?  Is trying not to get nervous. I’m always get nervous before a show,

Kara Walsh (Roses on the Floor/dancer) I started my art when I was? 11 years old. My favorite part of performing is? Dancing and performing are my passion, that passion is my freedom, and that freedom is my voice. My favorite moment on stage was when? I played "dream laurey" in the dream ballet in "Oklahoma." The hardest thing for me to be a performer is? Overcoming my perfectionism. I hate it when…? People are mean to animals. I love it when? I am in the park walking my dog. I am an introvert,

but it fades as soon as the performance starts! I hate it when…? The temperature is below 75 degreesRestaurants specialize in a “signature” dish and then run out of it by the time I order! If it’s “signature”, then always have the ingredients in house! I love it when? I visit my family. Something nobody knows about me? I juggle. So, I guess I’m a low-key clown and will ultimately find my calling in the circus.

and I just love being outside with her enjoying nature and the fresh air. Something nobody knows about me? I have two tattoos.
