Sip 'n Shape
The best way to water is to bobble! This weeks H 2 H is the bobble water bottle. I used to be such a plastic water bottle junky, throwing 2-3 for the day in my bag. Now I have one bottle for the day, I can fill it up anywhere, and still get filtered water: SERIOUSLY, it filters as you drink! Good for the environment, and lighter on my shoulders! Happy Boobleing! I recently made a drastic change to my hair. I've had the same style for the last 3 years and I decided to go bohemian wild. I knew the change would be drastic, and it would probably take a few days to get used to. What I didn't anticipate is feeling like I was in someone else's hair. But what I stumbled upon is now my H 2 H - a headband. Something so simple that completely made the new do fall into place. It pulled my hair away from my face, which I don't particularly enjoy, and made the shape exactly what I envisioned. I can jazz it up with different colors and styles for new looks, but more so it helped me love the new look.
Did you know eating grapefruit before bedtime can help you sleep? Make it a red or pink grapefruit, because it's these two that have lycopene. Happy Knowing! S & C
