It's getting close, so I just HAVE to share this one, Deepak Choprah & Oprah's 21 day meditation challengeis almost here. A must is a meditation ritual, and it's so easy to slip in and out of them. Fruit!! The best way to wake up and kick start my metabolism. There are many schools of thought about fruit being amazing or terrible for you in the morning. I find that it doesn't sit heavy in my stomach, gives me a good dosage of energy, helps with my digestion, and just tastes yummy. Grab a mixture of your favorites and give yourself a needed boost. My preferred choice - watermelon, pineapple, and berries. If I can find mangoes I'm a happy lady. Let us know what your favorite combos are. Happy Mixing, C
