I would absolutely LOVE to be a naturally gifted sleeper. You know, and maybe you are one, those peeps that hit their sheets, and can sleep for days? I am grateful I am no longer an insomniac, I had a 20yr bout of that! But, with my recent schedule change to pre 6am wake ups, I wasn't even getting my usual 4-5hrs, even with my fabulous sleep mask I wrote about a few weeks ago. I just couldn't wind down early enough. So I sought out an old friend in a different brand. Melatonin is beautifully assisting me to the end of the alphabet a lot quicker. I am digging this brand to your left, Trisorb Nutrient Absorption System Melatonin, no water needed, quick dissolve. I picked mine up at GNC. I like to take one before my evening shower, so it's taken off by the time my head lands on my pillow. Get your beauty rest, fuel up for tomorrow. There is no way I can go without deodorant. Different strokes for different folks, but for me I just can't. But I really hate that caked on feeling deodorant leaves behind after a shower. And after getting a lecture from a friend on how bad the aluminum is, I decided to run a personal experiment and I found something new that I will surely stick with. Natural Deodorant!! I was worried that it wouldn't be strong enough, but after 2 weeks I have not noticed much of a difference in sweating. One good difference is that it doesn't linger. After a shower I feel fresh and not like the deodorant will be with me forever. One re-apply and I am dry for the next block of time. I tried Tom's Long Lasting and really love. it. Happy Freshing,C
